Monday November 18th (Panama Moral Ethics & Values Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike to/from the Climbing Wall. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 4½ miles, 8900 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].
