Friday August 9th (World Indigenous People Day and Panama Lawyers Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to the school at Jaramillo Centro and hike the Lemon Grove. This is a 2½ hour hike over paved and gravel streets with substantial hills, level 8 for distance and difficulty, 6 miles, 14,000 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots.
