Wednesday May 15th (Panama Recycle Day and International Family Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Palmira loop. You're welcome to meet us at San Francisco plaza ~8:05. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with moderate long hills, level 8 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and a hiking stick and wear hiking boots.
