Friday May 5th (Panama Bombero Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Bajo Mono trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a trail to a waterfall with moderate hills, level 6 for distance and difficulty. Wear hiking boots and bring a camera and hiking stick.
