Wednesday October 12th (International Disaster Reduction Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Volcan Baru Trail. This is a 2½ hour hike over paved and gravel streets and trail on the side of Volcan Baru, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4 miles, 9100 steps.
