Tuesday, May 24 – Lauretta Bonfiglio will talk to us about her life journey that took her to a restaurant in Aspen Colorado and eventually landed her in Boquete as a chef and restaurant owner. Lauretta owned the first “gringo” type restaurant here known as Bistro Boquete. She will also teach us about the local meats, fruits and vegetables and how to prepare them.
