THANKSGIVING DINNER MENU
First Course: Pumpkin Velvet Soup
* Second Course: Baked Camembert with Red Currant Sauce
* Main Course: Crispy Stuffed Turkey with Chestnuts, Apples and Pate, Sweet and Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry sauce, Cassis cured Red Cabbage (Blaukraut mit Cassis), Braised Spiced Plums in Wine and Brandy,
* Dessert: Baked Gingerbread Apples (baked apples stuffed with chocolate and crumbled Lebkuchen -gingerbread-, garnished with whipped cream and crystallized ginger)

Every Thursday including Thanksgiving Day, we accept your reservation for a special dinner experience where you sit with other wonderful guests on a table to enjoy a specially created menu, cooked with passion and love, in honor of the good things in life. We are bringing the whole world to the table a feast of taste and flavor and a delight for the eye.
The chefs Cocktail Suggestion: "Eruption" = Ron Colibri - Ginger infused and Cranberry Juice "Claudia's Dream" = Antano Coffee Liqueur - Ron Colibri - Topped with a dash of Whip Cream and fresh Mint

Thursdays: Please come at 6:00PM to attend our Surprise Menu Event. We begin the evening with aperitifs followed by dinner at 6:30PM. As this is a menu to enjoy with all guests in attendance, please try to be on time to enjoy it.
Fridays and Saturdays Fine Dining Dinner reservations are from 6PM to 9PM
