His paintings sell for thousands of dollars in art galleries in both Canada and the U.S. He painted the American Indians extensively including Chief Dan George, Crazy Horse, Geronimo, Red Crow, etc. The below web page features 484 of his paintings including the one we have for sale. http://www.billhowell.ca/Neil%20Howell/_Neil%20Howell.html The Handicap Foundation is offering a signed original oil painting by Neil C. Howell. The gallery price tag is still on the back and lists the painting for $1700. The frame measures 23” x 31”. The matting is a linen material. The actual painting measures 16” x 24”. Remember, this is an original oil, in good shape, signed by the artist, originally listed for $1700. It is a great bargain being offered by the Handicap Foundation for $180.
