Hello Jim and Nina- Henry is my grandfather.  What would be the best way to get in touch and reclaim his passport?  Thank You

Jim and Nina returned to the States several years ago and no longer participate in Chiriqui Life. I, too, no longer live in Boquete. I doubt that the municipality has held on to the passport for so many years, but someone who lives in Boquete certainly could inquire. Do you know anyone in Boquete? If not, perhaps you can ask here for someone to make the inquiry for you at the Tesororio.
