YiA YOGA offers over 20 classes per week with a variety of different teachers & styles designed at different levels to fulfill the needs of each body. Whether you are just beginning your yoga practice, or have an advanced practice, we have a class for you. We also offer yoga for kids, a variety of different types massages, Ayurvedic Oil Treatments, Personal Training & Health Coaching, RAW Food Preparation Classes & Ayurvedic Cooking Classes. 

 

We also offer a variety of seminars to empower gratitude & joy in your life! 

 

Join us on Friday, November 27th from 3-5pm at YiA Yoga in Plaza Los Establos to fill your mind, body and spirit with happiness & gratitude! 

 

HOW DO YOU DEFINE HAPPINESS?

Join Anushe on a journey – an exploration of your relationship with yourself and your environment. As learners, we will engage in creative expression, participating in personal development and team-building activities by embracing the essence of who we truly are while discovering our mind, body, and environment. This seminar will be centered upon themes of HAPPINESS, GRATITUDE, INTERCONNECTEDNESS, & EMPOWERMENT.
 

***The seminar is donation based and all proceeds with go directly towards empowering teen mothers in Boquete***
