This is the twelfth in a series of audio podcasts by Michael Schwartz -- Chiriqui Life Stories. This podcast features Frank Stegmeier, who is the owner of the resort El Rio Encantado, which is located in the Caldera area of Chiriqui Province. Frank has had a very colorful and varied life, including being a worker on the production line at Boeing Aircraft in the Pacific Northwest, a police officer, art dealer, ancient antique businessman, environmentalist and conservationist, etc. His passion is pre-Colombian art and artifacts.
