The Kids Art Program of 2015 hosted by Biblioteca de Boquete was a great success!

It would not have been possible without all our wonderful volunteers!

We would like to recognize Annie O'Mohondro, Debby Banker, Anita Hall,

Leah Bondad-Polack, Be'len Luna, Lynne Fox, Jan Mulcrone, Judy Starrett, 

and Johnnie Fernandez

for showing up almost each and every week from the beginning of June until the end of October. Their energy, willingness, and enthusiasm made this art program the best, most enjoyable one the library has offered to date.

Thank you from the bottom of each and every child's heart... All 40 of them!!!

And most of all thank you from your very grateful co-coordinator, Mary Ellen Watts. The program, the art we all created, and the enjoyment which was so obvious 

in each child's smile

was more than I had dreamed possible.

Thanks also go to Boquete Artworks and Bid 4 Boquete for the money they donated toward the purchase of art materials.

Be on the look-out for next year’s program. We are going try a new approach.
