Lulu (Borrell) heads up many animal welfare efforts in David and brings David animals to the Boquete spay and neuter clinics from time to time. Many may not know that Smokin' Mama's is owned by her son, and Lulu certainly is "smokin'" most of the time. Wonderful woman, with seemingly unlimited energy. Woody Posted March 30, 2017 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Lulu's was always my favorite vivero because she had large quantities of flowers and shrubs suitable for mass plantings. I went by there this week and the lot is emptied and gate locked. Does anyone know if she has relocated or has she shut the doors permanently?
