Joining others in community-shared rhythm has been proven to lower stress, boost your immune system and promote mental wellbeing. Meet us at La Villa Coffee Cafe (at BCP) every Wednesday at 4:00 PM to join with your friends in a therapeutic drum circle. You can immerse yourself in the group rhythm while sitting or lying on a yoga mat. If you wish to particilate in the drumming, we'll loan you a drum and teach you how to play basic rhythms. No experience necessary and anyone can do it. It's really fun and provides scientifically proven health benefits. It has even been shown to help fight the development of cancer cells.
