We prefer 1-2 month stays; our end date is flexible. We have excellent care-taking experience and will provide local references upon request. Our fee is negotiable -- generally $20/day for 1-2 week stays. Depending on length of stay, number of animals, and other responsibilities expected, we negotiate with the individual homeowner. The fee decreases for longer time frames, and the amenities your situation offers (good internet, car availability, privacy, inclusion of utilities).
