Hi all the community we have been making electrical inspections and its nothing new but many of our electrical problems come from our electrical network   here are the 4 common situations

1- Undersize transformer for the area

2- Transformer out range distance

3- Tranformer defective

4- Bad an lose connections

 

We have been helping our customers making a report to Union Fenosa and pushing them to fix their issues, proving their faults through our tools to diagnose the electrical network.

 

 

In the homes side this are the common issues the we found

1- Bad ground connection ( grounding rod not functional and not properly attached to the electrical panel)

2- bad torque on the bolts of the hot wires (electrical guys without a proper tool, unacknowledged about torque requirements)

3- Main service breakers expose to the rain ( very common problem electricians install indoor panels (not weatherproof as outdoor)

4- Poor quality panels rusted and not wired properly

5- Water inside the electrical line.
