This program seeks to inspire 10,000 girls in Panama to become the next generation of female scientists by 2031 through the education methodology in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics, which allows them to learn programming, language and robotics. "Participating in STEAMGIRLS 360 allows us to act directly on our commitment to gender equality and the empowerment of young women in Panama while raising educational quality," said Michelle Camazón, Director of Customer Experience at Telered. "We are very excited to invest in a future where girls can aspire and achieve leadership roles in science and technology without traditional barriers," Camazón added.
