The institution reported that this decision has been coordinated with the National Directorate of Traffic Operations of the National Police. In addition, the provisional suspension of the application of the penalty for Contempt, contained in Article 240 of the Traffic Regulations, continues until October 31, 2021, in order to avoid inconveniences that at this time may cause the retention of the license or vehicle.
