Veterans Service Officer (VSO)

Hello.  Does anyone know if Rick is still the VSO located in Boquete?  I sent an email to him 10 days ago at vso.pvc.boquete@gmail.com and haven't received a response.

My understanding is that JR Pazo still is the VSO for Boquete area veterans. His email is vso.chiriqui.2008@gmail.com.

Thank you for that info, but I'm confused .... per a 22 APR 2021 posting on CL, there is (was) a VSO in Boquete with the following contact info ....
