transportation Tocumen to Colon

Has anyone recently gone between Tocumen and the Colon dock? Two very respected and reliable taxi drivers have quoted $150 ($100 from Allbrook, but the Copa flights to Tocumen suit our schedule better than AirPanama to Allbrook).  I know the bus from Allbrook is way less expensive, but it involves transferring from taxis to busses to taxis in both Panama City and Colon, and we are less agile and adventurous than when we were younger. Are there comfortable but less expensive alternatives?

We had no problem taking the regular bus out of Allbrook to Colon.  I think it cost $3.00.  Tocumen to Allbrook is a $30.00 ride I believe.
