The owners/administrators of the Chiriqui.Life (CL) website are pleased to announce the release of a video recording of the July 29th BCP "Community Chat" event that was held at the Biblioteca de Boquete. Retired Professor Luz Graciela Joly discusses the the Ngäbe history, culture, and language, etc. Luz is an anthropologist who, in 1990-91, was Director of Indigenous Policy, Ministry of Government, Republic of Panama. On 12 March 2021, she retired as Full Time Tenured Professor of Anthropology at the main campus in David of UNACHI -- Autonomous University of Chiriqui. She was assisted in her talk by Mitzity Tugri.
