Dr. Daniel Daves talks about coming to Panama after 3.5 years in Costa Rica and starting his Global Food Providers entity. The mission of Global Food Providers is to be a prototype farm and dehydration center to educate and empower community leaders in how to develop commercially capable and sustainable farms for community provisioning and restoration.
