Private Yoga Studio in Bajo Boquete

Namaste Boquete is a private and friendly yoga studio in Bajo Boquete offering in-person and Zoom classes. Students can join us at the studio via prior registration (up to 30 minutes before class begins) or by logging into Zoom link that will be provided to you after your initial registration.  

 

Yoga classes are tailored to a variety of levels and include: 

Sunrise Vinyasa Flow: An invigorating, challenging flow that gets you moving is offered Tuesday and Thursday at 7 am

Therapeutic Flow: A slow flow vinyasa for all levels is offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10 am 

Yin: This deep-stretch class offered Sunday at 9 am is a perfect way to start your week

Pricing:  In person or Zoom class is only $5.  unlimited monthly yoga pass, which includes my yoga library of over 35 videos on Vimeo, is only $60  

One-on-one sessions and small-group classes created for your individual needs are also offered in the studio, at your preferred location or online.  Yoga Therapy session begins at $30; Private yoga classes begin at $20 and up. Reiki sessions using crystals and tuning forks are also offered for $30 per hour.

About the instructor: Suzanne has been teaching yoga since 2007 after earning her 200hr Certificate in Power Vinyasa Yoga and opening her first studio soon after. She became a level 3 Reiki Practitioner in 2010 and opened a second studio in 2014. Suzanne became a Certified Yoga Therapist in 2018 and credits yoga therapy for transforming both her teaching and her practice in extraordinary ways.  With her desire to learn, Suzanne continues to grow as both a teacher and eternal student, and she is dedicated to helping her students do the same.
