I am using blockless vpn with an address in the U.S. Starting a week ago I could not get some programs and for the past two days nothing. The screen tells me that it cannot connect to netflix. I just installed a new range extender hard wired to my router, but these problems started before that install. My internet is fine, Youtube works great. I contacted them about this when first heard about Netflix doing a block to outside US customers, and they said no problems. Good luck.
