Hello,

We have been busy cooking up a storm this week and we have some fun and exciting dishes on the menu for you to enjoy!!  As you can see, we have quite an international selection of food. Our menu is constantly changing as we are adding new items to it each week.  Here is a sneak peek at what’s on this week’s menu……

For starters we have redefined tender here in Panama with our Chicken Fried Steaks (Country Fried Steaks).  This classic Southern Comfort food is one of my all-time favorites and we have gone through great lengths to produce a product that will make you think you are in the heart of Texas enjoying this delicious fork tender, melt in your mouth, steak and gravy dinner.  This dish is absolutely delicious and you’ll find it hard to believe that we used 100% grass fed Panama beef.  We add a side portion of country gravy that complements this dish.

Speaking of comfort food, we’ve also added our Bacon Chicken Ranch Casserole back on the menu as well.  This pasta dish ticks all of the comfort food boxes.  Bacon, Cheese, Pasta, and Cream parmesan sauce mixed with tender ranch chicken cooked sous vide.  It’s simple, filling, and scrumptious 😊

Are you in the mood for some Mexican food?  This week we have Mexican Tortilla Soup, Mexican Chicken Quesadillas, and Mexican Tamale Casserole.  Each dish utilizing its own unique spices, techniques, and sauces that bring a real Mexican flavor to the table.

We also have Chinese food!!  This week we have Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry, Cashew Chicken, Chicken Chow Mein as well as a Chinese Shrimp Chow Mein.  These classic Chinese takeout dishes have come to life as a “2 guys and a cooler” freezer meal.  We also have cooked Jasmine rice available if you need some.

If you are into Indian Cuisine, we’ve made a fresh batch of Vegetarian Saag Panner and Vegan Rajma (red Bean Curry).  Both of these dishes are spiced perfectly.  These exotic Indian dishes are a real treat for the daring palate

Do you like Cajun Food?  This week we have authentic Cajun Gumbo with Andouille sausage, Chicken etoufee, New Orleans Red Beans and Sausage, Shrimp etoufee, and Cajun Rice Dressing

Finally, if you like Authentic Thai food, we’ve got you covered as well.  This week we have a Coconut Chicken Curry, Thai chicken Green Curry, Thai Panang Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai, and Shrimp pad Thai.  The Pad Thai dish is mild, the coconut chicken curry is medium spicy, and the green curry as well as the Panang curry are both spicy.

All of the ingredients used in our Thai dishes were sourced from Thailand and the flavors that come together are everything you can expect from delicious Thai food.  If you are unfamiliar with Pad Thai, it is a rice noodle dish.  The beauty of this dish comes down to the sauce and we think our Pad Thai sauce is spot on!!.  In order to deliver an authentic Thai experience, we are including the noodles on the side with special heating instructions.

Here are the cooking instructions for this Pad Thai Freezer Meal:
Soak the raw rice noodles in cool water for 1 hour (or in hot water for 6 minutes).  Do not boil these noodles.  Once they finished soaking you can remove them from the water, place them in a zip lock bag and keep them in the refrigerator for several days.
In a pot with simmering water simmer the 2 Guys & A Cooler Pad Thai bag.  After 15 minutes remove the bag from the simmering water.  Pour the contents of the bag in a skillet and turn the heat to medium.  Once the sauce starts to gently simmer add the
soaked rice noodles.  Toss everything together till the noodles have soaked up all or most of the pad Thai sauce.  Serve hot and enjoy!!

WHAT”S ON THE HORIZON:
