Over the last few weeks we’ve noticed lots of new faces at the Tuesday Morning Market.  If you are new in town, we would like to extend a great big Welcome to Boquete!  Let me introduce myself.  My name is Eric.  About 9 years ago I started a small family run food business.  Over the years our little food business has evolved and expanded into what it is today catering to anyone who has an appetite for delicious “home cooked” style meals.  The concept of our product is very simple.  We make delicious comfort food that’s prepared, packaged, frozen, and portioned for 2 adults at prices that are unbeatable.  In addition to comfort food (definition: food associated with the security of childhood) we also make lots of other meals like Mexican, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Russian, Cajun, French, and so much more.  Each week we prepare new entrees for you to choose from and our selections are vast. 

 

Sometimes it’s kind of nice to take a break from the kitchen.  That’s where we come in.  If you want a night off or just want something different look us up.  If you are single and don’t feel like cooking, look us up.  If there’s been an emergency in your household and you don’t even want to think about cooking, look us up.  If your spouse left you all alone and you need some food, look us up.  We have the most reliable food delivery service in Boquete.  All you have to do is place your order online and I will personally deliver it to your doorstep (on Mondays) with a great big SMILE!  In addition to our deliver service we offer several other ways to enjoy our delicious meals.  You can come by our kitchen (on Mondays) and pick the order up and because we appreciate you picking the order up from our kitchen, we automatically extend a discount to your order as a way of saying thank you!  So, you get our already affordable meals even cheaper!  Finally, we also have a convenient pick up location once a week at the Tuesday Morning Market as we are there between 9am and noon.

 

If you are new in town, we would love to meet you.  Be sure to swing by our booth at the Tuesday Morning Market (Located on the theater alley by the rear exit).  You will find me and my son Chandler there (He’s the tall good looking fellow).  If you like brownies I’ve got a free one with your name on it!  Come early as I tend to run out each week.

 

Here are the types of meals we provide:  Gluten Free, Keto, Heart Healthy, Low Sodium, Vegan, Vegetarian, Seafood, Pork, Chicken, Beef, Fresh Sausages, fermented foods (Sauerkraut, Kim Chi, Pickles), Cured Meats (Salami, Prosciutto, etc), Pastas, Soups, Breads, and so much more.

 

This week we are offering Chicken Pot Pies (as well as lots of other items).  Chicken Pot Pies are the quintessential comfort food.  Embodying the very definition of what a comfort food represents.  To offer a Chicken Pot Pie is to offer joy and happiness on a plate.  This responsibility is one we do not take lightly and we feel that our Pot Pies hit the nail on the head.  You be the judge!!

 

Be on the look out for entrees like Beef Stroganoff with egg noodles, Southern Meatloaf, Vegan Thai Pumpkin Soup (for those of you who like spicy), Buttermilk fried chicken and mashed potatoes with country gravy, Chicken Fried Steak, Smoky Black Bean Soup, Salmon Croquettes with rice pilaf, Buttery Seabass, Bacon Ranch Casserole, Chicken Divan, and so much more!!!

To place an order simply complete the online ordering process and make sure you submit the order when complete. (this is the step most commonly missed)  You will get an order number immediately after completing your order.  I make all deliveries on Monday between 2 and 5 and if you are picking up at our location please come by Monday between 2 and 5 as well.  Tuesday we are at the BCP between 9 and noon and if you chose to pick up there, we are located in the end of the theater hallway by the rear exit.
