Bigler, Modern Panama: From occupied territory to the center of the Americas, it focuses on the fast-paced Panamanian history since the Torrijos-Carter Treaties entered into force in 1979. Just published by the City of Knowledge and the Novo Art Editor, this work, translated into Spanish by Adrienne Samos and extended by Guillermo Castro, will be presented at the Boquete Library on Sunday, August 18, 2019, at 4:00 pm.
