Hola from Finca Santa Marta

We offer the freshest and largest variety of organic produce and near organic produce available at the Boquete Tuesday Morning Market including near organic goat milk and goat milk yogurt.  To insure that you receive all your requested products, please order by midnight Sunday from our web site.  Seehttp://www.fincasantamarta.biz/ to see what all we offer.

Looking for fresh, organic, and nutritious kale and collard greens?  We grow the best.  How about fresh turmeric?  We grow it also.  We have some very nice zucchini starting to produce this week.  Check our web site for more information.

We also deliver to Dolega and David on Tuesday afternoon on our way back to the farm.

The 1st and 3rd Wed. afternoon of each month, our associate, Vicki Scher delivers orders to our Volcan clients.  Contact us for more information.

We again have hydroponic lettuce grown without using any pesticides.  These include Butter Crunch head lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce and Romaine Lettuce and are grown in Boquete's largest hydroponic greenhouse.  Or try our near organic Mixed Leaf Lettuce or Baby American Style Spinach grown in a large Volcan greenhouse also without the use of any pesticides.

Here is short downloadable PDF from the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute located in Panama that explains the overuse of pesticides in Panama in detail.

We grow and process free range chickens and eggs in a government certified processing area.  We also offer a multitude of organic products imported from the USA including Brown Rice, Quinoa, popcorn, Bob’s Red Mill mixes and grains including oats and muesli, food grade diatomaceous earth, peanut and almond butter and much more.  Also pure essential oils and numerous spices including turmeric and cayenne pepper.

Finca Santa Marta is owned by Expats Ron and Kim Miller and operated by 16 dedicated Panamanians who are all committed to growing the healthiest and most nutritious food products available in Panama. Founded in 2007, we continue to evolve and grow... pun intended.

What can we harvest fresh for you this week?
