There has been an overwhelming request for the return of Saag Paneer. If you are unfamiliar with this dish it is an Indian dish that consist of Spinach and Paneer Cheese. The beauty of this dish come down to the authenticity of its flavors. Turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala all come together in perfect harmony. This dish is a medium spicy and it is generally eaten with naan or pita bread it also pairs great with scrambled eggs. Saag Paneer is a Keto Friendly dinner. Our second entrée this week is a Creamy Steak and potato soup. This soup is just what the doctor ordered for those chilly Boquete nights when the rain starts pouring. Tender slow cooked beef and a creamy potato soup that’s accented with sharp cheddar and our very own artisan smoky bacon. Delicious and creamy. Each portion feeds 2 adults. A quick cheddar and chive garnish will take this soup to a whole new level. (this is the step most commonly missed) You will get an order number immediately after completing your order. I make all deliveries on Monday between 2 and 5 and if you are picking up at our location please come by Monday between 2 and 5 as well. Tuesday we are at the BCP between 9 and noon and if you chose to pick up there, we are located in the end of the theater hallway by the rear exit.
