They are demanding is to demand that Panamanian authorities ” stop foreign truckers transporting goods from Panama to the rest of Central America,” “There is Law 51 [of June 28, 2017] that allows transporters from another country to move cargo from customs to Central America,” said spokesman Manuel Levigion.
