To celebrate their good fortune they purchased several unlimited month's packages of classes for all their crew and decide to stay on in Boquete to Have fun and Make friends. Come Join Pilates Classes at the Haven! Build muscle, gain flexibility, explore while body movement, integrate your body/mind for better coordination and to strengthen your nervous system, and learn techniques to improve your balance. Too- Create better posture. All included in Pilates at the Haven! A Great Work-Out and Exercise System for Intelligent, Fitness-minded people from all walks of life and different planets! Ongoing Pilates Classes at the Haven, M-W-Th- 8:30- 9:45 a.m., and Sat. 10:30- 11:45 a.m. No need for preregistration, Just Come! Classes $9 for residents, $10 for tourists from all planets and galaxies, or 2 packages available for fitness minded people from everywhere- 4 classes for $30 or unlimited classes [both to be taken in a month] for $72.
