Keith Woolford
5.2 First time anything's fallen off a shelf in a while, likely because of the duration. Edited October 22, 2018 by Keith Woolford
Penny
I usually don't feel earthquakes but I sure felt the one at 8:30 last night. We were rockin' and rollin' in Jaramillo Arriba. Even the doggies who usually sleep through everything picked up their little ears.
Brundageba
From Brisas: Strong prolonged shuttering with a lot of noise ( maybe my blinds but scarey non the less). Flossy was so full of ribs from the Amigos doggie calendar fest she slept through it.
Marcelyn
Any reports of damage caused by last night’s earthquake?
Bonnie
I've seen reports of 4.8 to 5.8. I wonder when we can expect the final verdict. Paintings on my walls were hanging crooked this morning.
Uncle Doug
I haven't seen any reports and doubt there is very much. Despite how long that sucker lasted, it was only a 4.7 on the Richter scale according to the USGS. It certainly alarmed me and I ran for the door, but it never really threatened to topple anything at my place

Moderators Moderator_02 Posted October 23, 2018 Moderators Share Posted October 23, 2018 [Sarcastic] Moderator comment: So what was the real magnitude of this quake -- 4.7 or 5.2? I guess you get to pick whichever number best suits your agenda.
