An Executive Decree was signed into "law" recently. That decree eliminated a requirement to provide nine consecutive months of proof of contributions to CSS when applying for permanent residence. Not sure how much of this applies to people applying for permanent residence under jubilado status, but in the spirit of full disclosure we are publishing that decree here, with a recommendation that interested parties first check with competent legal counsel.
