  10. The Feria de Cocle @ Santa Monica has gained popularity and acceptance in the last years because of the different amenities offered to people attending. This year the Feria de Cocle started on August 27 and will end this Sunday August 28. This Feria is done in the Hacienda Santa Monica and the funds goes to a Fundacion that will be used in the community. Having heard rumblings (bochinche) several times in the past about "plans" to build a cable car from Boquete to Volcan Barú, we thought it would be nice to see and experience what a cable car tourist attraction was all about.
