Can someone tell me why Panamanian road builders are unable(Or unwilling) to make the road on either side of a bridge at the same level as the bridge. The heavy bumps caused by heavy vehicles constantly hitting the brige can surely not be good gor the bridge and the effect on drivers and passengers of vehicles is most unpleasant.
