  1. Are you still having problem? I have been having problem for a week. I cant watch any of my recordings. And yesterday i couldnt watch live either. Im on a free account and watch on my laptop. Ive had an accohnt for 7 years and this never happened before. Ive been working with their customer service for 5 days now and still having problems. I would love to know if im not the only one.

  2. Hi all. Truly Nolan is coming to deal with mouse infestation in my attic. According to my husband, they don't clean up the droppings. It's a drywall ceiling so he's planning on putting boards up there to crawl around and just spraying bleach or tea tree oil on it all and leaving it there. Can that work? Doesn't sound good to me. Do any of you know someone who knows what they are doing and can remove the droppings for us? Thank you all 

  3. Same happened to me. Expires  4 years (I'm under 70)after renewal date, not the calendar date in the years after my current license expires. So that also means you aren't getting the full calendar  years that you paid for if you pay early. The expiration date shouldn't change to penalize you if you renew early.

    For anyone interested. Thanks to all that took the time to respond. Your input is appreciated. Here is what i did based on your advice. I called Amazon and told them I am in Panama. They emailed me an International return label that includes a customs form. I was concerned that my item would take more than 2 weeks to get there but the rep said i could ship regular ems no problem, so i didnt have to pay for expensive courier. I dont have a printer so I talked to Arturo at MBE and i just had to forward the forms to him and he took care of everything!  They email a tracking number once they take the package to the post office for me. The parcel was 1 kg so only cost me 12.70.......including the great service. I cant say enough good things about Amazon and Arturo and other staff at MBE.

  5. Good morning all. I invested in some technology that just wont work for me and want to return it to Amazon. I know it wont be cheap. I was thinking of asking Mailboxes to ship it back for me. Im guessing it may cost 80 bucks or so. The stuff cost me 500 bucks so im willing to take a loss. Am i off base? Thoughts?  I have less than 30 days to get it back to Amazon. Thanks.
