I plan to travel to Panama on Dec 1.  I see that a negative PCR test less than 24 hours old is required.  I live in Wisconsin, and the testing sites say that the RT-PCR takes 3 days to get the results.  They are offering a rapid-result test call Point-of-Care (POC), which provides results within 24 hours.  Is this POC test acceptable?
