This apartment is located in a safe community with paved roads and street lights, just one block from the highway for easy access to downtown Boquete in a taxi or bus for under a dollar, or to David by bus for less than two dollars.
Apartment includes a ceiling fan, quality mattress, double sink, couch, curtains, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Also includes a flat screen TV with HDMI connections and English speaking channels. Many movie channels, and sports channels such as the NFL network, NBA network, Golf network. NASCAR, three FOX sports channels, 3 ESPN channels, MANY news network including BBC, FOX, TCM, AXE, and more.
HOT water on demand throughout, and no suicide showers. Double water storage tanks that are triple filtered make for potable tap water, and reserves for the times when the municipality shuts local water supplies off.
Rent is all inclusive and pays for everything
including electric, gas, high speed internet, and cable.
The owner has been in Panama since 2010, has Panamanian residency, lives on property, and is also a resident from Texas. He also has contacts for all your needs, including an English speaking attorney who specializes in residency.
Security includes a parking lot with motion sensors, and the property is enclosed with cyclone fence. Laundry service is available at reasonable rates. Smokers are requested to smoke outside. Deposit required and is fully returned upon walk-through at time of departure.
Owner offers David airport transportation to save taxi-bus hassles for those whose Spanish is not so good and because there are few street names and fewer addresses.
Pets are negotiable.
