Good English, very punctual and reliable. Great sightseeing guide also! We're having friends use his service for sightseeing Panama City (and delivering them to the airport) prior to their flight to David. (We've used this same service ourselves as well as transporting us, our luggage and dog from Panama City to Boquete).
