Our house is available for a six-month rental from approximately January 20th, 2017 and July 20th, 2017, (Rental must start January 20th or later, but term of rental and later start and end dates are somewhat flexible.) We are located 3 km from downtown Boquete in the Alto Lino area, a beautiful neighborhood in the valley above town. Our location is private, has a great view across the valley to Jaramillo mountain and also gives you good access to several local hiking trails and nice walks.
The house has 2 private bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms, and a 3rd loft bedroom with a double bed, so it is possible to sleep up to 6 people. There is a large covered porch with fireplace, a second covered area with large gas grill, dining room with seating for 8, full living room with TV, DVD and bluetooth sound system, full kitchen and laundry room. The house is fully furnished and equipped, with all utilities, 10 MB internet, and a gardener included 1 day a week.
We can accommodate up to 2 dogs as part of the rental (no cats or other animals please) The property is over 1 hectare and private, and is fenced.
Rental is $1200.00 a month with a $ 650.00 dollar refundable deposit.
