I would like to exchange my fancy, many specialized patterns and functions Brother ES2000 sewing machine for a more basic one.  I need back and forward, zig-zag, button hole maker............and, VERY important, you thread needle from side (NOT front).  Maybe a Singer or a Penncrest.  My current machine does WAAAAAAYYYYY more than I need or want.  All its capabilities are being wasted in my possession and it could be a very "good thing" for a person who does more advanced sewing.  Please respond here or call me at: 6821-2030.  Thanks.............Maria

Romero in Volcan if a much better store than Romero in Boquete.............cleaner store, wider isles, better selection.............and, the meat department does not smell bad!  Go figure??

The glass top serves several purposes in my small, totally Panamanian kitchen...............extra prep space for sure, a place to cool baked goods and probably, best of all...........it serves as a back splash that is much easier to clean than a plaster wall painted with cheap paint.  Actually, you can get this helpful attachment on reasonably priced stoves.

You only need copies of your passport when you cross at Rio Sereno............who knows why???  And..........everything you need or don't need depends on if the person at the window is having a good day. It is, however, best to have it all...........just in case they are in a bad mood.
