    Recibimos la pregunta de uno de nuestros clientes de si consideraríamos abrir para almuerzo el día de Navidad. En respuesta a dicha interrogante, quisiéramos compartir con todos ustedes, nuestros fieles clientes, que consideraríamos la apertura para el almuerzo, si suficiente de nuestros clientes tienen el deseo de hacer una reserva. En el espíritu de compartir con el personal local, el cual tendría que trabajar el día de Navidad, se requiere que usted pague una propina del 20%, sólo para este almuerzo especial. Apreciamos grandemente si nos comparten sus comentarios acerca de si desean hacer una reserva y pagar la propina estipulada, para antes del miércoles por la mañana. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We were asked by a patron of the restaurant if we would consider opening for lunch on Christmas Day. We would contemplate opening for lunch if enough of our customers have a desire to make a reservation. In the spirit of sharing with the local staff, who would be required to work on Christmas day, we would require you to pay a 20% gratuity, only for this special event lunch. Your feedback about your wish to make a reservation and paying the gratuity, by Wednesday morning, would be truly appreciated. Thank you very much!
