Wednesday November 3rd we'll celebrate Panama Colombia Independence Day and leave at 8:00 AM from across from CEFATI and hike to/from La Estancia. This is a 2 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5.3 miles, 10,300 steps. Bring water. Show up or email [email protected].

Friday November 5th we'll celebrate Panama First Independence Cry Day and leave at 8:00 AM from across from CEFATI, drive to and hike the La Estancia loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with several long steep hills, level 7 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.8 miles, 11,200 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Friday November 12th we'll celebrate World Pneumonia Day and leave at 8:00 AM from across from CEFATI, drive to and hike Los Pinos. This is a 2 hour in/out hike on a paved street with many moderate+ hills, level 8 for distance and difficulty, 7 miles, 14,800 steps. Bring water and wear a hat for sun protection.

Today is Thanksgiving and I'll be unavailable tonight to send this, so it's early. Happy Thanksgiving! Saturday November 27th we'll Panama's Bombero Torch Parade and US Native American Heritage Day and we'll leave at 8:00 AM from across from CEFATI, drive to Santa Lucia entrance and hike to/from the Santa Lucia trail.
