Boquete Health and Hospice is offering a class in basic CPR procedures to the community. Linda Archer is presenting a training program in CPR, use of the AED (automated external defibrillator) and the Heimlich Maneuver (for the choking victim) that will be available free of charge. The training will take place on Thursday, January 16, from 1-3 pm at the Amigos de Animales Event Center.    The previous classes have been well attended and it is important for more community members to learn these valuable life saving skills.   Class size is limited and the class enrollment is filling up quickly. Boquete Health and Hospice has made two more CPR classes available, Thursday, January 30, 1-3pm, and Thursday, February 13, 2:30-4:30 pm (Note: Same day as the Jazz Festival's Garden Party).    Both classes will be held at the Amigos de Animales Event Center.
