Monday January 9th (Panama Martyrs Day) you'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the River Walk loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with a moderate hill, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.3 miles, 14,500 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over a rainforest trail with moderate hills, level 7 for distance, level 8 for difficulty. Bring water, hiking stick and wear hiking boots.
