Monday August 9th we'll celebrate Panama Lawyers Day and World Indigenous Peoples Day and leave at 8:00 AM sharp from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the El Santuario loop. This is a 2 hour hike over primarily paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. Show up or email [email protected].
Wednesday August 11th we'll leave at 8:00 AM sharp from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Pipeline Trail. This is a 2 hour hike in the rainforest with moderate hills, level 6 for distance, level 7 for difficulty. Bring water and a hiking stick and wear hiking boots. Show up or email [email protected].
Wednesday August 18th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to the Pipeline Trail entrance and hike to/from La Culebra+. This is a 2 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. Show up or email [email protected].
Friday August 27th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike Horqueta. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with long moderate hills, level 6 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 3.4 miles, 8600 steps, 600 feet vertical distance. Bring water.
