Monday May 1st (Panama Labor Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the River Walk loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets and a trail with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.3 miles, 14,500 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Friday May 5th (Panama Bombero Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Bajo Mono trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a trail to a waterfall with moderate hills, level 6 for distance and difficulty. Wear hiking boots and bring a camera and hiking stick. Monday May 8th (World War II Day and Migratory Bird Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the El Santuario loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Tuesday May 9th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to El Santuario and hike to/from Il Pianista. This is a 1 hour in/out hike over a paved street with moderate hills, level 2 for distance, level 1 for difficulty. If interested email [email protected]. 

Friday May 12th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike El Salto road. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over a paved street with substantial hikks, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5.6 miles, 11,500 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Monday May 15th (International Family Day and Panama Recycle Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike the Stairs loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with substantial hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5.7 miles, 11,600 steps. Bring water. If interested email [email protected].

Wednesday May 17th (World Telecommunication and Information Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Pianista Trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a rainforest trail with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Wear hiking boots and bring water and a hiking stick. If interested email [email protected].

Saturday May 20th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1 and hike part of the River Walk. This is a 1 hour hike over paved streets essentially flat, level 1 for distance and difficulty.

Monday May 22nd (International Biological Diversity Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Sabroson restaurant #1, drive to and hike the Pipeline Trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a rainforest trail with moderate hills, level 6 for distance, level 7 for difficulty. Bring water and a hiking stick and wear hiking boots.
