Saturday February 4th (World Cancer Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Feria, drive to and hike the Jaramillo Centro road. This is a 1 hour in/out hike over a gravel street with slight hills, level 1 for distance and difficulty. Bring water. If interested email rimerman1@gmail.com.
Friday February 10th (Panama Clinical Laboratory Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Feria, drive to Palo Alto road and hike to/from Tree Trek. This is a 2 hour hike over a gravel street with a very long moderate hill, then a steep hill at the end, level 5 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.1 miles, 9200 steps, 1360 ft net gain vertical. Monday February 13th (World Radio Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Feria and hike the Jaramillo Centro Footbridge loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved and gravel roads and trail with 1 steep then moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and wear hiking boots.
