Wednesday August 4th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from the feria, drive to and hike Jaramillo Arriba. This is a 2 hour in/out hike over a gravel street with many moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 5 miles, 10,400 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Friday August 6th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Feria, drive to Palo Alto road and hike to/from Tree Trek. This is a 2 hour hike over a gravel street with a long constant gentle grade, then a steep hill at the end, level 5 for distance, level 8 for difficulty, 4.1 miles, 9200 steps. Bring water. Friday August 20th we'll do a new hike - Palo Alto Trail. We'll leave at 8:00 AM from the Feria, drive to Palo Alto road and hike from there. I haven't done this hike, so don't know it's length or ratings, but it follows Palo Alto road toward Tree Trek then veers off. Bring water and wear hiking boots. Show up or email rimerman1@gmail.com.
