Monday December 4th we'll restart hiking (yaaaaa!) and leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Pianista loop. This is a 2 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.1 miles, 13,800 steps. Bring water and a big smile.

Tuesday December 5th we'll resume Basic hiking (yaaaaaa!) and leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the El Salto road loop. This is a <1 hour hike over paved streets with moderate hills, level 1 for distance and difficulty. Hope to see you there. If interested email [email protected].
Wednesday December 6th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Pipeline Trail. This is a 2 hour hike over a rainforest trail with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty. Bring water and a hiking stick and wear hiking boots. There's a $5 regular/$3 jubilado fee collected upon leaving. If we have enough hikers we can get a flat $3 fee. If interested email [email protected].
Saturday December 9th (International Anti-Corruption Day [oh yea]) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Social Security loop. This is a 1 hour hike in town over paved streets with a few hills, level 1 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Monday December 11th (International Mountain Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the River Walk loop. This is a 2 hour hike over mostly paved streets with moderate hills, level 7 for distance and difficulty, 6.3 miles, 14,500 steps. Bring water and wear hiking boots for a rocky hill. Saturday December 16th (International Tolerance Day) we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the Central Park loop. This is a 1 hour hike in town over paved streets and the park, level 1 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Monday December 18th (Panama Moral Ethics & Values Day) by request we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Pianista Trail. Saturday December 23rd we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to El Santuario and hike to/from Il Pianista restaurant. This is a 1 hour hike over a paved street with moderate hills. If interested email [email protected].
Tuesday December 26th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Mulktibank, drive to and hike the El Santuario Loop. This is a 1 hour hike over paved and gravel streets with moderate hills, level 2 for distance and difficulty. If interested email [email protected].
Friday December 29th we'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank, drive to and hike the Don Pepe trail. This is a 2 hour hike in the rainforest with substantial hills and heavy brush, level 4 for distance, level 8 for difficulty. Wear long pants and hiking boots and bring water and a hiking stick. Saturday December 30th we'll finish 2023 with a favorite hike. We'll leave at 8:00 AM from Multibank and hike the River Walk. This is a 1 hour hike over an essentially flat paved street - with a small detour across a footbridge - level 1 for distance and difficulty. Hope to see you there.
